MODULE 1: CREATING ROBUST UNIVERSITY-INDUSTRY PARTNERSHIPS

University-Industry partnerships are cultivated and evolve like all relationships. As both industry and university are the USERS of the research park, research park directors need to be familiar with the full scope of needs, desires, demands and opportunities of all users. Connect with our industry and university leaders as they share current and always changing demands for problem-solving in order to broker these relationships, including the demand for talent, collaborating with industry when seeking university partners or investors seeking corporate partners.

The recent pandemic has changed the world forever; some challenges are yet to be resolved, while other changes are welcomed solutions here to stay. MODULE 3: DESIGNING A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE

While carbon, energy, sustainability and their efficiencies are top of leadership initiatives, the goals and mandates supporting states, regions, and cities vary across the country. From recent studies, it is recognized that more enterprises are focusing on ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) issues as climate change is pervading the global business community. More campuses are being asked by their leadership to resolve challenges - but how - especially if you have a public/private partnership with varying levels of goals? What are goals for your research park, both internally and in your community? Our module experts will lead us through the case studies and work groups to identify opportuniites and solutions for your research community.
